I went there after my sons I pad was frozen I guess it was locked out? My ex husband didn't have insurance on it and I was tired of getting no where? So I paid like $89 and saved me from having to buy a new I pad. That was like 2yrs ago then my phone was glitching and giving me problems? I was in a hurry and didn't have time to sit on the phone with Apple or to go to the store? So I went here and had them fix my phone. Every time they are very professional and they know what they are doing.
