It's okay. My doctor there isn't the greatest but it's fine. He prescribed me medication which helps so I'm appreciative. He just won't test me or diagnose me with disorders that I'm struggling with and I need a diagnosis so I can get more help that I need.
Edit: I was able to get the prescription changed. I would suggest that this office exam how patients are able to contact this office without being routed across the world. I have revised my rating to reflect the new activity. The doctor was fine. But the experience has been absolutely the worst. I've been trying for a week to get a prescription changed due to its unavailability. The only people available to speak to is an answering service on the other side of the world. When you can finally get them to transfer you to the office, no one picks up. It is maybe the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a medical office.
Inland Psychiatric has been great for my family. Friendly and professional. We will continue seeing them for our family needs hopefully for many years. Satya, the phone representative has been extremely helpful.
