I had a fantastic experience at CPR Cell Phone Repair today! I had a small wood chip stuck in my iPhone 13 charging port that I’d been trying to get out myself for days. I honestly thought I was going to be stuck using wireless charging forever.
I went in to see if they could help, and the gentleman working was incredibly kind. He took the phone to the back and returned literally 30 seconds later with the wood chip removed! When I asked what I owed him, he told me it was a courtesy. I can’t believe such amazing, honest service still exists nowadays. They solved a huge inconvenience for me in seconds. Highly recommend CPR for their integrity and speed!“

“These guys are amazing!! I’ve already had two experiences with them and both times they went above and beyond! The first time I had cracked the glass on the front of my phone and they were able to get it back to me all fixed up the same day. Special shout out and thanks to the mobile kangaroo associate Michael because the 2nd time I had cracked my phone, my charging port needed to by cleaned or replaced, my cameras were acting funky, and my battery capacity was at like 77% they were actually able to get me a new phone and for a $50 deposit fee I was able to take my phone home with me and use it while they ordered my new phone. There was a small lag, on getting the deposit back because of the square app they use to process payments but we got that squared away, thank you Mobile Kangaroo! And thank you Michael!! Highly recommend everyone go here for phone repairs, and they accept apple care! ?“
