By far the best experience I’ve ever had with healthcare professionals. From the no waiting room by design to immaculate examination rooms, everything here is excellent. Every MD and PA my family or myself have had an appointment with has been very thorough and compassionate. Never have we ever felt treated like just another number. PA Alexander Wong, MD Kevin Bromage, and MD Miriam Nazmy are a few of my personal favorites. All the nurses and receptionists are great as well! Grateful to have access to this service and I will always recommend it to my fellow Amazonians.
By design, there is no waiting room. That is by itself a unique attribute for a medical facility.My insurance information was taken care of, the visit didn't cost anything (nor the follow up), making & scheduling appointments was easy enough. The people were all pleasant to speak with. The problem I went in there for was promptly addressed, and they're open until 11pm!Overall a great experience and I will use them again in the future.
