I had a fantastic experience at CPR Cell Phone Repair today! I had a small wood chip stuck in my iPhone 13 charging port that I’d been trying to get out myself for days. I honestly thought I was going to be stuck using wireless charging forever.
I went in to see if they could help, and the gentleman working was incredibly kind. He took the phone to the back and returned literally 30 seconds later with the wood chip removed! When I asked what I owed him, he told me it was a courtesy. I can’t believe such amazing, honest service still exists nowadays. They solved a huge inconvenience for me in seconds. I brought my phone here about three times not at the actual form, but other phones and they always been really helpful and straightforward… and the prices are fair and they never take advantage. My experience before elsewhere has been bad but this place is good thanks.
Had a great experience here when I needed help with a stripped screw in my laptop. Patrick also helped me take off my baseplate and screw it back on after I had to change out the RAM.
