The optometrist, Dr. Chung, is highly regarded for her expertise and care. She has been serving patients for over 7 years and is known for her top-notch service and love for her work. The office also offers assistance with insurance coverage and a knowledgeable staff. One particular staff member, Nallely, was highlighted for her exceptional customer service. She was described as knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in making the process easy and efficient. However, there have been some complaints about the customer service at the front desk. Some customers have reported a lack of assistance upon walking in and difficulty in tracking orders. One customer in particular had issues with an order for contact lenses that was not fulfilled despite payment over a year ago.
