Today was my first time visiting the brow bar. I was nervous and wasn't really sure what I was looking for. Sheresa walked me through the different services offered and thoroughly explained what each service entailed. She helped me pick the service that best suited my needs. She explained to me what she was doing step by step and even helped me pick out some products that would make my brow routine complete and easier (which I bought of course!). Sheresa exudes customer service and hospitality. She is so friendly and welcoming, and she really made me feel like I was just having a girls day with a friend! Thank you so much!

I started getting my eyebrows waxed at Ulta by Sheresa 2 years ago. She’s amazing at what she does. She does a great job and is easy to talk to. I’m thankful that i found someone who does a great job! My eyebrows always come out great! Thank you Sheresa! ☺️
