I highly recommend this company. This guy knows his stuff. As a HVAC contractor, this guy pointed out all that wasn’t done correctly on the central heating and air conditioning system. Called out plumbing issues, electrical, and roofing issues that should’ve been done when home was supposedly remodeled. No water pressure regulator. Water pressure was 125 ps when it should’ve been between 40-60 psi. This is the guy you need to inspect your home before you buy a home.
