Root-Rooter West Bay, called at 8:00AM and was surprised they could come out to take care of my sewer Blockage . Installed a double clean out, removed both toilets found roots in wax seal cleaned out roots, re installed toilets and will return later to replace the toilet flanges that are below the tile floor . I want to thank Luis Galindo for doing a great job on the repair and would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter for any emergency repairs. Jon C
James came over, he was prompt and professional… He came in and checked everything, pin pointed the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend Roto Rooter and more importantly, if you can get James, he’s honest and I also appreciated that he showed me everything along the way and explained everything :) Thank you James!
