A1 towing in East Palo Alto

Car was towed from a spot I pay for from my apartment building for a low tire. We signed over the vehicle because we couldn't afford to get it out. They sold the car to somebody without completing the transfer of responsibility and I've gotten several toll evasion notices since.

They wear no mask during covid. Towed my car for parking in a handicap spot that had no sign that indicates it is a handicap parking. No sign on who to call if a car gets towed. I found out my car was being towed only because a lady was present and told me. I will be taking this to the city of EAST PALO ALTO. Thank god I took pictures of the parking spot and documented everything.

Fxkc this Towing company! Got my car towed and my baby and I came out the store to our car being towed and we had to sit outside with our damn groceries waiting to swe where it was, we called the Cops and finally found out it got towed. $498 to get my car out and I cried my eyeballs out and the guy told me to just give him the $400 I had. I don't get why they have to charge so much for, so they can lower the damn fees if they wanted to but they just wanna make it so much for everyone. Especially in this damn epidemic. Smfh!
