I highly recommend Lucy Serrano, FNP-C at Montes Medical group. She listens to & addresses your concerns. She provided me with several care options & I truly appreciate the quality of care that she provided. She was kind, caring, & considerate. She did not rush my doctor visit. I do have to mention the receptionist & nurse who did my intake. Absolutely amazing & all of them were friendly.
