Got here at 12:03 pm on a Wed to have my 8 yr old get a haircut. Was asked at 12:06 if I had appt (I did not). There were 2 barbers, only 1 had a customer. Was told it is all by appt and I could not be seen til 130. Seriously? Where is the customer service? Been to plenty of barber shops and walk ins are taken in between appts. Ridiculous!

So I called for a appointment At 11 am, I arrived there at 11 and I see Erny cutting someone hair he told us that we have to be 5 minutes early to cut my hair, I was confused but it was fine I thought that since Erny was cutting his hair before I arrived I thought he will be done sooner, I was wrong he kept talking and talking it took Erny 40 minutes to be done and when he was finally done I showed him the picture of the haircut I want he said he couldn't do it. At least he should've asked me what kind of hair cut I wanted before walking into front door.
