I first saw Dr. Pritchett end of June. Early in the summer, I had tripped and fallen on a sidewalk in San Francisco. I broke my fall with my left arm and hand. I had sprained my pinky finger due to the fall and soon felt numbing, tingling, and weakness on my left arm, hand and had neck pain.
I’ve never seen a chiropractor and was scared to go to one, having heard of the “cracking and twisting” stories from my friends who have seen chiropractors. I was relieved to hear that Dr. Pritchett uses the NUCCA technique which she explained was a very gentle adjustment of the top bone of the neck without any twisting, popping or cracking.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Pritchett at Vital Life Wellness! Her NUCCA approach is incredibly gentle and effective. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Pritchett for years, and I started seeing her a few months ago—we both couldn’t be happier with the care we receive. Dr. Pritchett always listens attentively and makes us feel completely comfortable. My teenage daughter is medically complex, and Dr. Pritchett is consistently thoughtful and thorough in understanding her needs and adjusting treatment accordingly. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people feel their best—we’re so grateful for her!
