Just called to ask a few questions, specifically about cost. But the person who answered the phone was dismissive and rude. I didn’t get far enough to ask any other questions because she was reverting to her consistent statement “we have no available appointments”; which wasn’t a question I asked. I guess I’ll never know what their services are like, I’ll stick to H&R Block. I feel if you can't answer and tend to a customer call in a service business, there is a big problem.

I have been to TAXPath for many years now, and they are GREAT and very courteous, even through the pandemic, which was a challenge!! I have seen Mr. Mohammed and Aziz and everyone is totally kind from the Office staff (Receptionist/Ex. Assistant) in former Dublin Ofc, to now Tracy Ofc which I visited yesterday. I DO NOT understand the unkind reviews at all. I KNOW this is a great group of Tax Professionals and depend on them. I highly recommend. I worked for CPA's for years previously and know of what I speak. I Thank them for their quick response to any questions I have and yes their fees are very reasonable! I highly recommend TAXPATH
