If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I scheduled an appointment for the 12 but thought it was the 13. Not a single person called me to confirm my appointment. I showed up and the guy at the front desk WAS SO RUDE. I asked why no one called to confirm the appointment and said it wasn't him. I asked for another appointment later in the week and he said he couldn't schedule me. Just for this office experience I will be finding a new doctor.

Dr.Fathima is a wonderful doctor.she is very caring.but the office staff is another story.you never get any one to pick up the phone.there is no follow up call from the staff.I found it easier to go to the clinic directly to get things done.it is sad that the practice get a bad review because of the office staff.

What a shitty front desk. I called up 2 times to take appointment with Dr Naseem Fatima today and the guy hung up on me both the times. May be he is having a bad day at 9.30am in the morning, but man go somewhere else if you don't love this job. You will be a patient too sometimes and I hope someone also hung up on you that rudely. There is no way you can communicate with your Dr.when such people are sitting at the front desk with a rude and bossy attitude.
