Dr.Fathima is a wonderful doctor.she is very caring.but the office staff is another story.you never get any one to pick up the phone.there is no follow up call from the staff.I found it easier to go to the clinic directly to get things done.it is sad that the practice get a bad review because of the office staff.

We love Dr Fatima and she is my moms primary doctor but the staff is not friendly or helpful at all. I have been calling them since this morning and when got the fax number for them to fax the CT papers at, but they kept sending it to wrong facility, when I call and ask them as to what is going on, the reception it staff that picked up talked out of line with me and saif I won’t get anything from her until I fix my time, she hung up the phone and now not picking up. My mom is really sick and instead of cooperating and helping and actually apologizing for their mistakes they behave like this!!! So very disappointed.

I tried to speak to my doctor, Yusuf Ruhullah, to resolve medicine refill. They do not provide adequate medical care: 1) when I called them on 13 OCTOBER 2020 at 12 PM PST, they had no record of my medications to replenish (but they at least had my name on file!); 2) the prescription replenishment nurse said that they would leave a message for me and get back to me before COB today, but they did not; and 3) when I called back on 13 OCTOBER 2020 at 5 PM, to follow up and babysit more, no one answered the phone -- neither the replenishment nurse nor the receptionist/operator. If you need a refill on your prescription, ask for 6 or more months in the hopes that you have an adequate buffer to anticipate their failure.
