This is the BEST veterinarian in the Eastbay. If you live in the San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton area, try Dr. Lim and Dr. Park. Our ten years old miniature s. was diagnosed with diabetes by Dr. Lim a couple of months ago, he was very thorough in explaining EVERYTHING on the blood test and results. I mean we literally spend over 10 mins discussing the test results, with him. We have tried many different clinics and veterinary in the Eastbay and no one comes close to the caring, detail and quality of care from Dr. Lim. I'm so glad that I found this hospital, they really care! Dr. Lim takes good care of my dog, very thorough exam. Staffs are nice. All the process was smooth with good communication. It was easy to contact them by email when I had additional questions.
We were originally recommended this place by our usual vet office when our older dog started peeing blood late one Friday and it was too late to get her in for an appointment. Dr. Lim had been at their clinic prior and had opened this practice in Dublin. There were Saturday morning openings and we got in for not only a treatment plan for the UTI, but other concerning test results and compassionate support. We had been already discussing end of life options with the current event because she hadn't been well for months.
