Did my first round at this cleaners. Laundry and dry clean came out great. Badal answered the phone 5 mins before closing time and took care of everything. A hidden gem. Be nice to them and you get great value and service

They are inexpensive, that is the only perk. When a clothing item is lost, there is no follow up, no returned calls and no refund issued (because you pay in advance unlike most cleaners.) It's just a matter of time before your inevitably lost clothing balances out all the savings from paying a dollar less for a pressed shirt each time. You can decide if that's worth the risk; it wasn't for me.When the Concord location closed, all clothes were shipped here and due to the poor follow up, many people myself included never received our items back. Now I only go to places that are more stable and a longer history of quality, even if it costs a bit more.Service: Alterations
