Awful Customer Service! We had this service for 6 years with one technician. Recently that technician left and a new one contacted my husband to continue services and my husband said no and he didn’t want him to come. He showed up anyway without an appointment or approval and sprayed anyway. Who does that?? I Called four times to speak to the manager and apparently she works from home and is never available. My husband emailed her and she said sorry that we needed to pay for the service. We have been paying for 6 years and have never complained, but this is different he didn’t have authorization. AWFUL - This business locked a kitty underneath my neighbor's house with one of their tents. Despite numerous phone calls and texts and emails to release the kitty in time, they did not respond, and had absolutely no regard for this poor kitty's life. He suffocated from their poison. His name was Audi. They didn't care. Go with someone else, or even better, find a more humane way to reduce pests.

I call this company because I have rat in my hose. And they went one time only and the rest of the times they stop in front of my house to put te bill in front of my door. I don’t recomend this service. Is really bad service.
