When I used my debit card they declined it, when I used my credit card they declined it. Alright I guess I'll use cash? Sike! They said nope we will send you a bill for your copay in the mail. Everybody that works here that isn't a doctor has very little care for the customer. They are quite possibly the most unhelpful bunch of people I've ever had to deal with whether it be over the phone or in person.

I have been trying to get an appt with my PCP and next available date is next year March (4 months out) . Note every time a patient calls they are triaged and sent to an ER. A feedback from many patients. This has been the case all year. I just hope it won't be too late before patients are able to see their doctors. I hope the govt works on making more doctors available by making the process to be registered in the US easier from other countries. So that it benefits patients and the Doctors too.

She told me to continue the sessions and take ibuprofen, a medication I AM ALLERGIC TO and I already told the nurse this at the beginning of the visit! Does she not read the notes... read full review
