OMG! Dr. Jayan is awful. Do not use her. PAMF is a disgrace-they treat patients like cattle. They double charge you, are incompetent, and could care less about the patients. You wait months for an appointment and you get 10 minutes. They send you to a nurse practitioner or a PA; yet, they bill you as if you've seen the doctor. They get away with this because many people do not question them.
I came to Dr. Han earlier this year to deal with a sensitive matter. I have been in and out of her office for the past couple of months for care pertaining to this matter. Dr. Han and her MA, Maggie, have been nothing short of kind and helpful. They have handled this matter with such grace and have made the entire experience 10x easier for me to deal with. They are both so very personable and understanding, which goes a long way in my book. Grateful for their care would be an understatement!
Come here regularly for labwork. There are a couple other alternatives closer to home but been hurt plenty of times at these places. Have been jabbed multiple times when they can't find a vein. Then i get traumatised and sport bruises as souvenirs of these other places. Not in Dublin. Lab techs in Dublin are some of the best. Today, Siddhi was especially awesome. She has a very deft and soft touch. So good, didn't feel the needle at all. No need to brace myself. Blood was sucked, vials capped and arm bandaged in no time. Wish all phlebotomists were like her so getting blood drawn wouldn't be such an ordeal. A few negatives: Always busy. Making an appointment helps. Hard to find parking so use the free valet when available. Most doctors but not all specialists available. Also sometimes office hours are limited. One of my doctors only comes to Dublin a few days a week. If I want to see them sooner, I have to go to Fremont or even across the bay. Lastly, no hospital on-site. I think the closest in-network facility is Eden Hospital in Castro Valley. But so far these are only minor inconveniences that are relatively easy to overlook and overcome with a bit of planning and patience. For more urgent and immediate medical needs, I've had to use out-of-network facilities.
