They were great. Quick and efficient. They couldn't fully solve the problem but they were upfront about it. They showed up immediately as my problem was an urgent one. The cost quoted was reasonable and when they couldn't fully solve the issue they only charged me for their time and not the actual cost of cleaning.

I had this company out again and they did an outstanding job on the entire apartment! The place looks brand new! Stop looking for a company and give them a call. Friendly and curious and on time and they get the job done. I would recommend to friends and family and wouldn't use another company.

My neighbor is very involved in the community and provided Doug as a reference many years back. I have used them for carpets, windows, floors, upholstery and tile surfaces. They have always been incredibly professional and their work excellent. Doug's foreman Vidal is the best. Doug has always worked with me on scheduling and when something happens where I spill coffee after they have come and gone, he comes right back and cleans up my mess. I was actually surprised to see any negative comments on yelp, difficult to say why some people are unhappy. I have been working with Doug, Vidal and Crew for probably 15 years or more and have never once had a problem. One thing I will never forget was his kindness in a non-cleaning related situation. My husband had just undergone back surgery and I could not turn our king mattress, calling a moving company would have been outrageously expensive so I took a shot and called Doug, and he offered to help us. Please do not misunderstand, this is not a new sideline for Mortensen and Son it was simply a kindness offered to a long-term client. Hello folks who does this?
