“I didn't take pictures of my wedding dress before getting it cleaned at Rosewood Cleaners because I was too ashamed of how dirty it was... But now I wish I had! I brought it in over a year after my wedding and to say it was stained was an understatement. It was trashed. The nice lady at Rosewood Cleaners was visibly surprised to see the state it was in, and frankly, I was too. (I avoided looking at it until I brought it in.) But shockingly, when I picked up my dress from Rosewood, it looked brand new!!! I looked and looked but I could not find a single stain. It's seriously perfect! I'm a little emotional writing this because I was really scared I'd ruined my dress that my parents bought for me with so much love. “THE BEST! First the lady that runs the place is just so sweet. I came in with a a few alterations, and some items that needed cleaning. She informed me that based on the stains and how long they had been she may not be able to get them all out (which I appreciated the disclaimer). She was actually successful at getting out everything. Lastly my alterations were a little tricky, and she gave me a week turn around time I ended up going in two days later to drop off more items and she had everything ready for me; alterations and the cleanings.
