“I didn't take pictures of my wedding dress before getting it cleaned at Rosewood Cleaners because I was too ashamed of how dirty it was... But now I wish I had! I brought it in over a year after my wedding and to say it was stained was an understatement. It was trashed. The nice lady at Rosewood Cleaners was visibly surprised to see the state it was in, and frankly, I was too. (I avoided looking at it until I brought it in.) Multiple drinks were spilled on the tulle skirt of my dress on the day of my wedding (including red wine) and it got really dirty since the event was indoor/outdoor. Not only that, but it had yellowed after being in storage for so long. I had little hope that anything could be done, and I had resigned myself to dye it black if the stains couldn't come out. But shockingly, when I picked up my dress from Rosewood, it looked brand new!!! I looked and looked but I could not find a single stain. It's seriously perfect! I'm a little emotional writing this because I was really scared I'd ruined my dress that my parents bought for me with so much love. “THE BEST! First the lady that runs the place is just so sweet. I came in with a a few alterations, and some items that needed cleaning. She informed me that based on the stains and how long they had been she may not be able to get them all out (which I appreciated the disclaimer). She was actually successful at getting out everything. Lastly my alterations were a little tricky, and she gave me a week turn around time I ended up going in two days later to drop off more items and she had everything ready for me; alterations and the cleanings. Very efficient.“

“I used this dry cleaner for hemming and altering pants for quite a while. Most stores don't have pants in my size, so I typically need to take new pairs to a dry cleaner. They are very efficient, and it was usually a pick up within a week of dropping them off. If you are unsure of the measurement they will take the time to have you try them on and do the actual pinning and measurement for what you need. Friendly people, good service, good speed.“
