We went to several stores trying to find the right carpet that matched the type we were replacing, without any luck. Finally we found it at Conklin. Rene, our salesperson, was extremely patient, conscientious and helpful every step of the way. The installation went very smoothly with professional, efficient and friendly craftsmen. Highly recommended.

They have an amazing, to put it mildly, install crew. Polite, thorough, genuine. Jason S and Ivan arrived when we had a down pouring of rain. They immediately put down covering so not to track in the rain. More than anything,really great work. Took the time to lay out the flooring so it would complement the other planks. Not just throw down the next plank in box. Conklin has a gem with this duo. Did I mention how polite they are?
