CLAD has done work for us replacing doors, installing access controls, and replacing locks. Their office staff is very prompt and polite. The installers also do the bids so there are no surprises that we have had with other installers and all of the work has been well done. Any issues that have needed addressing whether it was making changes to an installation or troubleshooting a problem were handled very well. Highly recommend them!

Customer service is phenomenal. They definitely get the job done when in need. Not to mention, they break down what the issue was and how it occurs. Very knowledgeable and quick to solve issues. Thank you!

Our storefront door’s maglock was broken. We need to install a set of mechanical lock on our storefront door urgently before we restore the maglock. Marco and Giuliana are so easy to deal with and get the response quickly. They did a great job which was exceeding my expectation, resolving our problem at a reasonable price. It was a pleasant experience to do business with them. I would highly recommend Commercial Locks and Doors.
