Went through a full home remodel around five years ago and my contractor recommended Value windows. Never heard of the company but he used them for many of his projects. Windows and sliding doors work great, and contrary to some of the other reviews, color has been consistent through the years as well. On one of the larger dual panes windows, I had something called spontaneous breakage occur (window basically just shattered). It is not common, but can happen (and not necessarily just tied to this manufacturer). Having contacted Value directly, was thinking that this could be covered under warranty due to it not being caused by me. Unfortunately, they said that it wouldn't be covered and offered me a quote to get it replaced. Reluctantly said yes and was waiting which took a while. I was beginning to wonder why it was taking so long when they finally got back to me to say that they were working with management to see if they can replace it free of charge - whoa! I'm so appreciative of this company for going above and beyond. Again, based on the other yelper reviews, it looks like hit or miss, but wanted to leave my review for the positive experience I had. Also special shout out to Cristina and Winnie in the service department for making this happen, as well as the good flow of communication back and forth.

When I renovated my house over 12 years ago, I purchased and installed Value windows when the company was just starting and very small. Recently I had two of the windows with their balancer coils broken. I reached out to the company for the parts. They provided the repair service (non-trivial, took about an hour to replace the three coils) under their product warranty charging me a nominal fee for sending a technician to my home for the parts and services. The technician was professional and efficient. Given that the windows were purchased more than 10 years ago, the fact that the company was willing to provide support is amazing and a pleasant surprise in this day and age.

I have used Value Windows a number of times, and they are a great company with excellent customer service. I have to make note of how great their customer service is. When one of my Doors was having So problems the supervisor Alex from came to me and took care of the problem and was so patient and professional. It was really a pleasure. Their technicians and customer service Representative Christina are very polite, friendly, and attentive.
