I have had horrible experiences here. I been going here for years they know I only speak English and they always give me everything in Spanish I feel it is extremely racist. I ask for the paperwork in the English and nurse claims they don’t have the paperwork in English. I keep giving them chances it seem like they are only interested in money not helping people.

Don't go to this clinic, the doctor is terrible, no matter what your problem, everything ends up prescribing allergy pills. During my visit, I paid them with Apple Pay. Two days later, they charged my card again and without my consent the same amount for the Same visit...I spent hours talking on the phone, they just ignored me...I already reported them to Sacramento and the county. If they had the same problem, report them on their prescription. They have the license number of the doctor and the clinic.

Today I visit this clinic like always, I been in this place for years. The doctor is awesome that's why I'm still visiting. But today this new employee was very rude her name is Monica R .that's what she said. I'm very upset she was acting so weird she still money from my payment when I noticed this she rip my receipt.she was trying to hide her "mistake".this employee should not be around administration areas.She don't have manners at all.Is really sad when you need the service and you get people that don't like to work.
