It's worth coming here first. They'll do a through search, rather than other tech support like Geek Squad or others that are harder to book an appointment with and hang up the towel without much effort.

This the second time I have used UBIF the technicians have been extremely helpful, knowledgable, courteous and efficient in making the necessary repairs. They were very honest, advising if my phone could be repaired or if it was time for a new one.

Had my cracked screen replaced through an insurance policy with Verizon, who gave me a number to call and booked it through Asurion to have UBREAKIFIX repair it. Awesome and friendly staff, quality repair work done and within the time frame given to me for completion of the repair. Very happy. A big thank you to Charles!
