Went in to upgrade my GPU and PSU from pre-built PC I purchased. Super friendly staff and honest. They immediately pointed out cost efficient options I had available and didn't try to upsell me on anything. They worked fast and I have my computer running beautifully. They installed everything and even set up the correct driver for my graphics card. I'd highly recommend.

I brought my PlayStation 5 to Tech Builders because of some overheating issues. They were able to diagnose for “free” ($50 refundable diagnostic) and provide me with a quote to repair my console. The diagnostic did take awhile (about 10 days), but the repair process was instant, and the quote I received was well priced and the warranty they provide to all repairs was well worth it. The only minor complaint I had was that my PlayStation 5 did come back with non-removable scratches on the plates, and my PlayStation was fairly dirty when I got it back. Overall I do recommend Tech Builders, they offer great services to their customers and I would definitely come back.
