“I came in Saturday and had a great experience with my eyebrow mapping 10/10. Unfortunately I'm not sure if the girl was fairly new at doing the lift and tint so liquid kept going in my eyes and causing it to burn and making the process uncomfortable and I wasn't happy with the lift. However she was extremely kind throughout the whole process and I could tell she was trying her best. I was very apprehensive about calling and asking if it would be possible to get the eyelashes fixed as I do feel bad and wasn't sure how they would handle the situation. However, I was quickly put at ease and was told to go in to make it right and fix them. Vish took care of re doing my eyelashes and I was very happy with the results. Everyone was still super kind which is something I truly loved and look for when I visit a new location, especially for self care as I just want to be able to be relaxed and comfortable. I always do appreciate great customer service. Will definitely be returning and spreading the word. Thank you girls!“
