The ortho team is extraordinary! I can not convey how pleased I am. Everything pertaining to surgery scheduling has been very quick! Dr. William Martin Weiser, MD and his team have put my nerves to rest. With surgery presenting itself, everyone has been very coordinated.

No one ever answers the phone here then , if ever, they do they "transfer you " only to be connected to another 1-800 number you could of gotten off google, by the time you actually speak to someone if your lucky enough to do so your probably dead by this point. The entire Kaiser system is lacking in this aspect when comes to actually speaking to someone, and when "time is of the essence" your tied by bureaucracy. Extremely disappointed.

Clean and short wait time in this location. Glad those signs were in between the seats, can't miss them. There's a big parking lot accessible. Just make sure to ask which building and what are the landmarks especially if you're a 1st timer in this location.
