my first visit was awesome. came back for a touch up / second visit and i left with fried and bleached hair i did not ask for. she used a “keratin treatment” that was supposed to “define” my curls. it completely made my curls straight and my hair frizzier then ever. i was transitioning into my grey soi wails just get my hair toned. somehow it came out being bleached and yellow. never again. if you want confusion , commotion, and inconsistency this is your place to go.Services: Hair coloring

I made two appointments, no 3 and each one she kept pushing me and moving me and canceled my own appointment for another person? If I made my appointment week ago and also kept moving to fit you. It's disrespectful as a customer to be treated as such.
