Manny Walls - ADU Contractor / Garage Conversions

Started 2 ADUs with this contractor on 5/2023 and I have always paid all completed work on time. We're on the final step and need to complete electrical to schedule final inspection but they keep giving excuses and won't complete the work. Manny promised completion by November then December and now it's January.
