The downy location has great staff. The staff is extremely informative as a guide you through your journey of weight loss. If you're struggling, I highly recommend linora specially the Downey location.

It will be confusing at first, but stay with the plan and the results will show almost immediately. After the first few days, I could already see just how different this plan is than the others with which I lost significant weight. Other programs will either tell you exactly what to eat, or they might starve you. From the Lindora start, my choice was to get creative while learning how to read labels of what was already in my kitchen, or to fail by not making changes from the beginning. The blood analysis also played a huge factor and ruled out all other health concerns for me to know that there was really nothing in my way of reaching my goals. Each morning I know wether I had a good weight loss or not, I know with Lindora it’s always a new day with all things possible. Team support from the staff is what matters as much as the physical support of meal plans and supplements.40 + lbs down and feeling so much better.
