I was sent to their West Covina location to receive therapy for an injury, the doctors are very unprofessional, even the psychologist. Therapy consisted of doing something useless for 10 minutes, like pulling a small rubber band with my fingers. Waiting was ridiculously long and they cancelled my appt twice because I was 10 minutes late, even though I live 1 hour away. It's a disgusting clinic, the staff is very detestable, there is a receptionist at the desk who is very rude, the second doctor has a very bad attitude, arrogant and despotic and rude ? and the worst thing is that she is from our Latin race and very racist, her last name is Lopez, No. I recommend it at all, this clinic is useless, it is a total Disgust.

This place is horrible. Physical therapy only for 10 minutes after an hour wait. They don't return phone calls. This "dr.'s office" is ascam. Still haven't managed my pain. Highly do not recommend.
