Very Rude Optometrist.Patients beware!! If you get an appointment to be seen by the optometrist in this clinic, you have high chances of being treated in a very rude way by the optometrist.First of all, I want to say I feel compassion for this man; who knows what type of problems he might have going on in his life, to treat patients in an impolite manner.The optometrist, did rush my 91 year old father duringg his visit; he demanded my father answered his questions quickly, because, “he knows how to do his job, since he has been doing it for 30 years.”I reminded the doctor that a 91-year old person needs time to process directions. Worst experience ever and I've had to go to a clinic before this is worse during the pandemic they had every other chair empty didn't matter all patients still almost touching knees they took 2 hours to call me in the back some guys put drops in my eyes to dilate them sent me back out to a full waiting room during social distancing (not) waited half to be called to the back again some lady dr comes in for maybe 2 min says ok nothing wrong come back for a photo of your eyes I think this is their scam on insurances but my biggest problem is the wait time why make so many appointments at the same time shuffling people in and out Dr doesn't even address any of patients concerns...read full review

Had a terrible conversation with "Maria" the manager from this location. Apparently you have to play cats and mouse to just get your prescription! The doctors are great it's just the lag of the staff that is frustratingThey totally ignore your concern and don't bother to accommodate to their patience need. I feel the staff just show up to work and do the minimum and then expect you to finish their jobs. I never been to a clinic where they are so unbothered of your emergencies and health concerns. Very disappointed I have a important appointment to go and now I don't even want to be attended in that place just because of how rude the staff can be.
