This doctor is the worst specialist in palm springs i've ever seen!!! He has an attitude as soon as you walk in. He looks like he's on steroids. After a few months of seeing him and being in so much pain, he said he couldn't do much for me. All he tried was 1 injection for pain after that he said he was dismissing my case. I hired a lawyer and going to a new doctor! I don't recommend Dr. Fillman. Do not go to him!

WORST customer service. Front desk receptionist who's not even a real nurse is very rude and unprofessional. The only nice PROFESSIONAL person is the bold X-Ray tech. I'm so glad we will be over this nightmare soon. Please don't come to this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where do I begin with was it a choice best believe it wasn't but was send here by Sedgwick Worker's Compensation that's why I came here otherwise I wouldn't come here but due of a work injury that happened October 2022 I've waited 2 1/2 months to be seen for a second opinion on my hand what's causing the problems, the only positive thing I have to say from here was the front desk girl she was super nice at least with me but in general at all cost please avoid this place and to be seen by Dr. Lisa Stark unless you want to be treated badly and get your fingers more damaged she cause a bad warping bad and burning add the rudeness with zero professionalism something they badly need. If you do come here is at your own risk best of luck also please best believe all these bad reviews are true before coming here she is rude as hell I have no idea how she's able to run practice or how she's still open in business honestly have your phone hidden and record anything as a back up source please, I've been having shooting pain, hot liquid burning inside my hand, numbness,swelling throbbing in my hand since my accident in October 2022 I had complain to Concentra the first hand specialist Dr. Boss then Proactive and her nothing was done just the long around basically they want to cash their check comes from employers that pays them and lie to them. My first visit with Dr Lisa Stark was on March 20th of this year 2023 I've told her the problems been having symptoms etc that been through physical therapy Nov- Dec since I was cleared to returned to work since December 30 2022 symptoms worsen I was referred to acupuncture in February and I was told by acupuncture I have nerve damage, she completely ignored it and said have no damage no issues wanted to tape my fingers and out of the blue add a cast to my hand no explanation or whatsoever 3 days after the cast was placed I called to notify them it felt lose and increase the pain throbbing and swelling was told to return until Monday she was gone for the week so I go back she checked the hand and then my fingers were attached to the splint said normal and cast was ok I said it's bouncing hitting my wrist feels lose the only fingers are not on splint getting swollen told me to be back April 17th lord was in pain throbbing my hand was swollen cause the cast only felt tighter on that time also asked why I'm having swelling throbbing numbness and her answer was I DON'T KNOW come back on April 17 I went on the 17th she said cast will be removed needles today my hand was swollen red and my fingers suffered bad warping something new and burning from the tape it peeled my skin she said is ok go back to work full duty again she was told by my case manager indeed the acupuncture submitted her report suggested a neurologist and a nerve test and Dr Stark said no there's no damage blah blah go back to work full duty mind you my hand been immobilized for a month and expect me to lift heavy items, needles to say I called out that night at work cause my hand swelling throbbing numbness gotten worse now warping fingers with severe burning she knew about it and she cause that, so I called them next day my fingers are burning badly and hurting from the tape since it peeled my skin she said is normal to go back to work. I told them is not normal having my fingers warping aka bended she cause that and saying is ok go back to work and as for my other symptoms i been complaining about them since October and how they gotten worse and her adding a cast made it worse but my fingers were are bad aka they bend and she said is normal she messed them up, I could burly put my vans high tops tie them without bad pain on my hand, I went to another Orthopedic he actually cared will submit an authorization for nerve test and to get the proper treatment I been neglected by her concentra proactive and he also asked why she casted my hand I said no reason given she just did it with no explanation
