If you are considering renting a place that they oversee, do not do it. I had a difficult experience with their management, and they never had their information straight. If you do go with them, put everything in writing, whether it's text or email. Carolina specifically will not only "forget", but she will be condescending all the way through, pinning it on you any way she can. I never felt taken care of nor did I feel like I could go them when issues arose, which is a bummer because if it's an issue like a leak that can make things worse. We had electrical and plumbing issues happen all the time and it was a small, five unit apartment building. And yet somehow it was all our fault. I'm so glad that I got out when I did.

No follow up on my application. I personally had to contact them about the status . And I was denied , they said I was gonna receive a letter explaining why . We never received it .

I've rented with Jervis and Associates for over 33 years and I've been nothing but pleased with their service .When Stanley Jervis passed , Carolina was assigned as my manager and I'd like to say that whenever we had a plumbing, electrical or key issue , Carolina was always one phone call away . Her responses were always prompt and her actions on point . It's a shame I don't rent with them anymore , but when I changed apartments they provided me with options in Bell,Downey and Long Beach . Carolina was so kind to have my apartment cleaned and prepped for move ! I can't praise Jervis and Associates enough. Mrs Jervis, her staff and Carolina have been nothing but fair, honest and accommodating .
