Called to get my LE front loader fixed. Wasn't spinning. He came the next day. Fixed it in about an hour. He had the part which made it easy. Elisei, was super quick and very pleasant guy. I could tell he knew his appliances.

I needed service for my 10 year old refrigerator and called first thing this morning, I was so surprised when the gentleman said someone could come out this morning! The technician was here, same morning! Elisei came about 11:00 am and started right to work. He found the problem quickly and advised he would have to get a part but he would return within the hour, which he did. Again he went right to work and finished the job and had everything working like new! I am so PLEASED with his service! He was so pleasant and easy to communicate with, I would not hesitate to call Best again, and I would recommend Elisei for any future jobs! I called in the afternoon and they got someone here the next morning. Elisei was incredibly efficient and quick. He was able to properly assess the situation and fix it right then and there. We are so happy to have our fridge up and running again! Thank you again!!
