    Later found out that My Legacy was basically being hacked. The man that we did business with stole the contractors license. Well at least misrepresented himself as the owner. He called himself Brandon. However since the, the true owner of the business and his sleuth office assistant found us, came to our home, and told us the whole story. In the meantime he is helping to resolve the issue with the city and cleaned up the area and it safe.

    We needed a new water main line from the meter at the street to our house a few weeks ago. About 70' distance. My Legacy Plumbing sent someone over the day after I called them, and the job was done within the week. They installed a new copper line using a trenchless method, so very little digging was required. Pedro led the job and he was very good and communicated well. The owner Brandon supervised the line-pull operation. All were professional, courteous and friendly. I would happily call My Legacy Plumbing again when I need a plumber. Thanks very much for a job well done.

    My Legacy Plumbing is now my go-to plumber! When my water heater stopped heating, I originally called a different plumber who gave me a pretty high quote for the parts and labor and tried to up-sell me into a very expensive tankless system (which I don't need for my situation). So, I called My Legacy Plumbing - they were responsive and I got a timely appointment. Pedro suggested that I contact the manufacturer directly, as the needed part was still under warranty. I did and they FedEx'd it to me and Pedro came back and installed it, just charging for labor and saving me about $500 compared to the other quote!
