The owner, Aaron, personally worked with us on the remodel of our front steps, porch, landscape lighting and repair of some sprinklers, from concept to completion. His business is partly a family affair that includes his dad and uncle who handed down the skills to Aaron at a young age. Aaron and his team take a lot of pride in the quality of their work and don't cut corners. He made sure we were happy with the color scheme and materials (e.g. I was particular about the right shades of grey, etc.), despite the fact that this meant a bit of a wait due to supply chain issues with some of the materials.“

John Weideman immediately responded to my request with a reasonable written estimate, and then showed up early on the day we needed him. “We received quotes from three local companies and we liked Dan's ideas and suggestions best. We liked that we actually met with the contractor and not just a salesperson. He pointed out some challenges that we would have to deal with along the way which the other companies didn't catch. We told him what we were looking for and our project turned out a lot nicer than we could've ever imagined. We knew that it was going to look nice but didn't know it was going to be this nice. He installed an 18'x40' insulated patio cover with 6 recessed lights and two fans. We did the upgraded columns and our backyard looks amazing. We had so much patio space that we couldn't use due to the sun and heat. Now it seems like we have an additional 720sqft of living space in our backyard. At night time it's really nice and bright. Tim and the crew did an amazing job on the project. It did take over a week to complete due to some hiccups with the materials-no fault of the company. Their prices wasn't the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for. They are also diamond certified. We will definitely be recommending Dan and his crew to our neighbors, friends and family. Thank you Dan, Tim, and crew!“
“Greg and Mark did an excellent job re-wiring our home and installing a new electrical panel. Great pricing as well. Greg took the time to explain the process of working with the city and PG&E with this project work. My wife has a hybrid work situation, and they accommodated the work that needed to get done with her schedule in mind. After all of these years the decking still looks fantastic. I was in need of some concrete work in the front yard. Essentially replacing a stepped walkway into a sloped walkway for accessibility needs. I was happy to reconnect with Carillo's Concrete for this project. The owner, Mario remembered us. “Fred came and delivered as promised. He came recommended from another friend. It took a couple days to hear back on my first call but it was well worth the wait. We had five quotes on our gas line renewal and his price was very fair. Fred is polite, clean, and does very quality work! I'm a tough critic when it comes to contractor's workmanship but we couldn't have been happier. Also happy with his good communication while awaiting permits. “I would leave a 4 for the business in general because they took down the wrong service. But I have to give a 5 for Jesus who came by exactly when they said he would and did an awesome job! He even fixed the root cause, which is what I called for in the first place but it got left out of the actual order. Thank you Jesus! The door works wonderfully now and we feel safe again with our little one not having access to come and go through the open door! The price is right as well with them. Definitely would recommend, but just triple check your order request“
