During the heat wave, these folks were able to squeeze me in much sooner compared to competitors. Jim was the service technician to service our air conditioner, very nice, personable gentleman. Within minutes, Jim determined the issue with our system and had parts replaced in no time. Us humans, and the dogs are enjoying the cool house while writing this recommendation. Big thank you to Smits for fixing our problem so quickly. We will not suffer in the 90 degree house when returning home in the afternoon.
