I finally committed to trying this office and have had such great experiences all three times that I have been there. The dentist, Matt, is friendly and doesn't push unnecessary procedures. His wife runs the practice with him, and you can see pictures of their family (and the hygienist's families) around the office. Natalie and Sarah have cleaned my teeth. They were both thorough and very sweet, and they gave helpful tips/info about how to improve my oral health and get into good habits with my one year old. I'm leaving a more detailed review in case you're as nervous as I am about going to the dentist. I'm recommending this place to anyone looking for trustworthy care.“

“We drive an hour and a half to see this dentist because the people that work here make my four year old excited for every appointment. Of course, dentistry is not cheap and they do not take any insurance that I have, but I do find that their prices are bearable. They also do adults so I can get my teeth done at the same time as my child's.“

“Dental offices are never a pleasant place to go. Until now. Ive always dreaded a cleaning because they thought they were digging for gold. Until now. Most offices never explained my financial obligation in an understandable way. Until now. And as for the doctor, I was always disappointed in the results. Not with Dr. Z. I broke a front tooth and Dr Z did a masterful job patching it. The office staff is pleasant and very efficient. We are very pleased we found him.“

“Five stars. Not going to lie, I've been putting off finding a dentist for a few years. The task in and of itself feels so daunting... and i just couldn't pull the trigger. BUT, I'm glad I finally did. Not having been to a dentists in a few years thanks to a move and the pandemic... I was extremely pleased to find The Cold Springs Dental team. I had my first appointment today and from the friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff at the front desk- to the actual dental team offering the 5 star care... it was a relief and a pleasure. The team at the front desk has been wonderful about reaching out and trying to get me in sooner than later. They have been flexible and on point with every action they have taken. The dental team was equally and more importantly knowledgeable - spoke to me in terms i could understand and reviewed my dental pictures, etc in detail. They were also great about providing options for teeth whitening when I inquired and I really feel like they cared about my needs. My husband had his first appointment and cleaning today as well and raved about the care he got once he was done. It's hard to find a dental team who really cares about you and shows it. One who works with you and really makes it about the customer and what is important. I am extremely happy with our choice to seek out care at Cold Springs Dental and would highly recommend making them your dental team if you have the chance to do so.“

“I just recently made the switch to Dr. Little, after hearing great things from two different people. I had the BEST experience I've ever had when I had two cavities that needed to be dealt with. When I say that it was almost pain-free, I mean it. I am a Registered Dental Assistant who has worked in many dental offices and also have had a LOT of dental trauma in the past, so I feel like I have a decent understanding and past experiences to give Dr. Little this 5-star review. He uses a technique of using a machine to give local anesthetic instead of the very large syringe that scares most people. It was given so slowly, that I forgot he was even doing anything and at one point I felt so relaxed that I was drifting off. Never has that ever happened. He also makes sure you're part of the entire process, where he describes what he's doing at any given moment. The front office, dental assistants, and hygienist are all so kind and helpful too!“

Dr. Easterbrook , Michelle his hygienist, and Julie his assistant have been nothing but warm, supportive, caring, and professional. I was absolutely frightened to go to the dentist because of past experiences and his assistant Julie had me laughing and comfortable by the time she finished X-rays. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.“

“After many second rate Dentists in Placerville (and many expensive disappointments) I sought out a competent Dentist to install permanent teeth. I found Dr. Han at Preventive Dental. Here's the skinny : his office staff and chairside assistants were and are Top Drawer . Dr. Han is Top Drawer too. In 3 visits everything ( extractions,consult, Xrays, infection cure, appliances and followup realigning) were done. I have no complaints, only praise for Dr. HAN and his staff! Total expense for everything : $2759.00 ! He has a DDS , a Masters and is a PhD. Great combo of degrees and YES I recommend him and Practice Wholeheartedly.“
