“American West installed a new insulated roof and earthquake bracing for me on my Mother's home. They were very polite, well organized and efficient. My Mother said the roof has made the home much quieter than before. She hasn't had an earthquake yet so we don't know how well they'll work, but I'm sure, being Southern California, we'll have one soon enough. I know I feel better knowing she's protected now. I'm very happy with Kent, his crew and the job they did for us. I give them 5 stars.“

“Had a garage door issue at a rental property, motor was unable to lift the door. After describing the issue over the phone with Aaron he quickly assessed that the spring system has failed and would need to schedule a visit to give an accurate quote. We scheduled Aaron along with two other garage service companies. He converted/replaced the torsion spring system, re-programmed the open/close articulation of the motor, and repaired the aluminum garage door panels that were slightly bent from a car rolling into it for a very fair price. The reason why we went with Aaron out of the three, he was not trying to upsell us, his fee for labor, parts, and warranty were fair. He explained the scope of work, how long it would take for him to convert the spring system, and the parts in which he sources it from. Aaron is friendly, professional, knowledgable, competitive, personable, and patient, I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone to inspect, service, and repair their garage system. I look forward to working with him again on my place of residence.“

“Mark the owner explained the roofing process well, came prepared with house layout and roofing material options. His price was very budget friendly, the roof was done in a day in a half with permits included in price. Overall very happy with his work!“

“I put out a request through Angie's list for roofers and got a call from Zoro who came out to give me a free estimate. He was very thorough and thoughtful in the process getting onto my roof and inspecting my problem, then hand wrote out two separate detailed quotes for me, one for a partial roof repair vs a total re-roof quote. He was patient to answer all my questions and stuck with me following up in the subsequent days to provide me references and proof of insurance and even photos of their past work. This company doesn't have a huge number of online reviews and Zoro said it's because they are a smaller business that really focuses on a smaller number of jobs at a time to ensure quality. They have an old school personal feel to them and aren't gimmicky by promoting discounts in exchanges for reviews, etc. My project was going to be a big one so I naturally got multiple quotes and ultimately ended up choosing someone else, but I do want to give others reassurance that everything with this company checks out and I think they would have done a really fine job. Zoro was very patient with me in the process and I'm glad there are good people out there like him.“

We were installing solar, and so had some special requests. When our old roof came off, we found the previous rivers had done a really poor quality job. we did have to add some extra services, but they were more than fair. It was a quality job all the way around, and I could not recommend these folks highly enough. Everything was above board and transparent. He knew what you needed, you knew what you were getting, and you had the ability to make the best decision for yourself.“
