“Last month I experienced some back issues that were causing me tremendous pain. I was referred to Diamond Bar Chiropractor by my insurance and I am so thankful that I was! The office staff is friendly, honest and has genuine integrity. The chiropractic care is exceptional and after only a few visits I was feeling like myself again. I also tried Acupuncture for the first time and it is a game changer. I have now had two treatments and will be incorporating Acupuncture into my well-body self care routine. I also purchased the bio-warm massage cream made with natural ingredients and it is by far the best pain relieving topical cream I have ever used. Years ago I began receiving chiropractic care for similar back issues. Each time I had a flare up I would visit a chiropractor 5-6 times and then be done until the next incident. Other chiropractors have suggested I visit once a month for regular maintenance of my body. I never felt comfortable enough with any of the previous places I went to do that type of follow up care. Diamond Bar Chiropractic changed that for me. I will be going here at least once a month for as long as they are around to keep my body in proper alignment for lifelong health!“

“My son has been coming here for a couple months with Michelle and I have seen such an improvement. Michelle has helped my son in different area but my main concern was that food option were very limited because he is a very picky eater. He wouldn’t want to try different foods because of textures but Michelle has helped him. Now he is willing to try. Michelle is very patients and understanding when my son is having a hard time. She also gives me tips and ideas on how we can help my son improve and meet his goals.

Also, the staff being kind and caring matters a lot due to some mental disorders I have. The staff and doctors at Chino Family Medical Group are beyond outstanding. They have always been so kind, this is the one doctors office I have been in my life where I absolutely am so thankful for the awesome doctors! “My kids have been with Dr.So for years. She had been around more in the beginning now we see mostly the second doctor which is fine. The front desk always helpful with my concerns and always try to get us in as soon as possible. The waiting room gets waves of patients. As far as our experience with the staff and the doctors we like them and have been treated nicely. One of my kids has special needs they are quick at getting in his referrals to the other specialist he needs.“

“I'm impressed with Dr. Symaco & his assistant Anita's proactiveness. They called me up after receiving my lab results, to ask if I'm feeling any symptoms and sent the needed prescription to the pharmacy after the call. In addition, the doctor was able to see me right away even though my original appointment was scheduled a couple of weeks away. Dr. Symaco provided excellent care and listened attentively to my concerns. He and Anita displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.“

Dr. Long listened to my issues and gave helpful instruction on what was needed including a prescription. I really like my primary care doctor, Dr. Ha Tran but I especially want to acknowledge Patricia Ruiz, the Patient Liaison at the Optum-Glendora for her compassionate and professionalism towards new patients. When I first walked in she greeted me, sat with me and explained how their facility works. In addition, she is very responsive whenever you have questions and you contact her directly. If she can't take your call, she will make sure she calls you back the next day. If she's not able to help she will direct you to someone who can help.
