“My son has been coming here for a couple months with Michelle and I have seen such an improvement. Michelle has helped my son in different area but my main concern was that food option were very limited because he is a very picky eater. He wouldn’t want to try different foods because of textures but Michelle has helped him. Now he is willing to try. Michelle is very patients and understanding when my son is having a hard time. She also gives me tips and ideas on how we can help my son improve and meet his goals.

They have always been so kind, this is the one doctors office I have been in my life where I absolutely am so thankful for the awesome doctors! They answer a million questions I may have and unlike even the hospitals, they thoroughly examine you and do all tests you may need. “My kids have been with Dr.So for years. She had been around more in the beginning now we see mostly the second doctor which is fine. The front desk always helpful with my concerns and always try to get us in as soon as possible. The waiting room gets waves of patients. As far as our experience with the staff and the doctors we like them and have been treated nicely. One of my kids has special needs they are quick at getting in his referrals to the other specialist he needs.“

They called me up after receiving my lab results, to ask if I'm feeling any symptoms and sent the needed prescription to the pharmacy after the call. In addition, the doctor was able to see me right away even though my original appointment was scheduled a couple of weeks away. When I first walked in she greeted me, sat with me and explained how their facility works. In addition, she is very responsive whenever you have questions and you contact her directly. If she can't take your call, she will make sure she calls you back the next day. If she's not able to help she will direct you to someone who can help.
