Working with John Yacoub has been a great experience, both personally and ptefessionally. He has great work ethic and looks out for his client's best interest. Would recommended John for both residential and commercial real estate needs.
John is a fantastic real estate agent. As first time home buyers he took the time to explain all of the little details (the list is MASSIVE) to ensure we felt equipped and comfortable as we began offering on properties. He was attentive and responsive to our wishlist and desires, and was agile even when we changed our minds about what houses we wanted to see. He genuinely cared about what would be best for our family, and gave honest and detailed feedback if a property would potentially not be a good fit for us. Really great agent. Jacob was super helpful and knowledgeable about Southern California and was patient and professional. Would definitely recommend Jacob and call him again to both list and buy.
