Very convenient place. Near target. You can walk in. I arrived at 8:00. Got the oil changed around 9:40 without an appointment. I would say waiting time it's not too bad. He would not charge You anything which is not necessary. The price is fair Compared to my previous shop. The owner is very nice and professional. He explained everything very clearly. The staffs are very nice. I would come back!
Because of the great service, I have to post my first review in google for this store and the crew. The front door next to the driver’s seat could not been locked. After I drove to this store, they fixed that for free. How amazing! It’s not easy in now days to find trustful people as they are, once you find, never go, stick with them.
Had the most amazing experience today that turned what could have been my worst day in many years into one of the best because I met James, the owner of Grand Mobil. My nearly new Tesla Model 3 ran over a pile of debris on the 57 Fwy which punctured my left front tire (Teslas don't have spares). I exited the 57S at Grand Ave in Diamond Bar. By the time I made it to Grand Mobil I had 9 lbs of air left! James immediately offered to help and within a few minutes had found two holes in the tread and plugged them. He would not take the (very fair) $20 fee I was quoted because he was not sure the plugs would hold. I forced him to take the money and drove 30 miles home without further incident. The tire is still holding the same 41 lbs of pressure I had when I left Grand Mobile. James... you really know your trade! You saved me from a nightmare. Thank you so much!
