Good customer service. We have rented their resin white folding chairs twice now. They don't require a deposit or a minimum. Delivery in DB is $35 which is so worth it...especially if you're over 70 :). Chairs were clean and held up beyond the weight limit of 200 lbs. Pick up and delivery was a breeze. They even brought them to our back yard and stacked them at the tables. And for pick up they came into our back yard and picked them up -- we had to stack them but much better than having to put them on the side of our house. I changed the order twice days before the event and they were fine with that. :)

Used Good Time Rentals in Diamond Bar last night for chair covers and linen napkins. I was shorted a chair cover. Linen napkins were stained, different sizes with different patterns and cheap quality. This was not ideal or professional when hosting a nice party. The owner changed her hours of operation and expected me to accommodate her changes on the pick-up and the return, which I did. My family has used them several times but will not be back. Funny , I had just referred them to a friend which I now resicnd. There is more to say about her customer service, but trust me and don't go and learn for yourself - not worth it. She realized she was hot and offered me money back for four linen napkins I paid cash for, due to my family thinking they were disposable, but I declined and left...Won't be back!

Sylvia is just wonderful, and she represents this business well! While planning an event from a distance, I had full faith in her and her team to provide exactly what I needed. I will definitely continue to use GoodTimes party in the future!
