Just wanted to send Troy alittle love. Had the honor of being part of one of his events and he is Amazing! Really felt his love throughout the whole event and he gave alot of very valuable information. Thank you Troy for everything :)

I wasn't sure what to expect and was nervous going into it. I'm a sucker for massages and was worried about having mallets massage my back and that it wouldn't be as enjoyable as a more traditional massage. I'm so glad I was wrong! There is an adjustment period - my first thought was "this is so weird" and didn't think I was going to be able to relax during this type of massage. If I remember correctly, I think we did four tunes. By the middle of the second tune, I was dozing in and out of sleep. I was also worried that it wasn't going to really "get in there" and hit my knots. Again....also wrong! I was asked about pressure and when I said to go harder, those knots were broken up and tension was released. Overall I am happy to say that this exceeded my expectations and quashed all my reservations prior to going in. Book your massage today - you won't regret it!
