Dr chung is always very helpful and I feel listened to as a patient. I had moved and switched doctors because of location convenience but I have moved back to Dr chung. Doctors like him are hard to find.
Very reliable and dependable staff who back up Dr. Chung, who is very informative and helpful regarding any questions I have. I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of this doctor's office, who genuinely cares for its patients! I place my trust on Dr. Chung's medical expertise and knowledge.
My two sons has seen Doctor Venkat for years even after we moved to northern Pomona. The staff is friendly and fast. Dr. Venkat always takes her time with my children, I feel that she thoroughly checks them out. I also like the fact that Dr. Venkat does not always prescribe medication, she takes her time and makes a well diagnoses. She explains thoroughly what is going on and the treatment plan. I plan to have my children stay with Dr. Venkat until they age out.
