“If you’re building an ADU, call Ralph! With his help, we converted our garage into a one-bedroom/one-bathroom apartment-we love how it turned out. From the get-go, I appreciated the professionalism of his detailed list of everything included. He offered a fair price-in fact it was less than some other companies claiming to specialize in ADU's. He worked with our budget and architect’s plans (which were a little off but he thankfully corrected them), and we passed all the city inspections. The kitchen in the unit exceeded our expectations and the bathroom shower tile work is lovely. Our tenants commented on what a high-quality build it was compared to other places they have lived. He did double insulation on the shared wall with the house and there is virtually no noise between the two units which we are so happy about. “JAMES CHANG IS AMAZING!!! Him and his team did a phenomenal job and Best of Best Construction is the right company to choose for any home needs. From start to finish, it was all perfect. The estimated time of the completed job was promised and exceeded expectation. James and his team started working on my house from early morning to evening being on schedule and even ahead of it and my house was completed almost 2 weeks early. What I also loved was that there is a payment in the beginning after the estimate was decided, and the rest can be payed once the job is fully completed. I also had the material and supplies used all from his shop which had such a wide variety of options to choose from. He explained everything thoroughly and if there was something I did not like, he would change it on him, until I was a satisfied customer.
